This transaction forms part of a structuring and development strategy aimed in particular at supporting ADVENTEC Consulting’s growth and strengthening its positioning at the European level, through the industrial and organizational synergies offered by the TMC Group.
DELCADE acted on the legal aspects of the transaction in Corporate / M&A, with Benoît Lafourcade, partner, and Julien Delory, lawyer.
