Julien Delory

Julien has been working as a lawyer since 2016 and joined DELCADE in 2024 as a senior associate. Previously, he worked for Elvinger Hoss (Luxembourg) and EY Avocats (Lille).

Julien advises in the field of corporate/M&A and regularly assists managers, shareholders, investment funds, start ups, ETI and SME (equity transactions, external growth, group reorganisation, audit, JV). Julien also has in-depth expertise in structuring and implementing employee shareholding schemes.

Being a sports fan, Julien has also developed an expertise in providing legal support for the career of professional athletes.

Julien graduated from the Catholic University of Lille, the Ruprecht-Karls Universität Heidelberg and the University of Paris Nanterre. He also holds the EDHEC Certificate for Sports Lawyer.

Having a strong international background, Julien works in both English and French. He also has a good command of German.
