Benoît, DELCADE’s partner and co-founder, is a member of the Paris Bar and a qualified Solicitor in the United Kingdom. Point of contact for various embassies, he regularly acts on behalf of French and foreign companies requiring strategic and transversal legal support in business law. His expertise also covers mergers and acquisitions and private equity, advising SMEs and foreign entities in relation to domestic and international operations. Pragmatic and business-oriented, he is highly sought after by managers who are looking for a General Counsel-type of business lawyer for operational legal support. Benoît is regularly praised in the main French and international directories (Legal 500, Décideurs, Option Droit & Affaires) and by his peers (Best M&A lawyer in Bordeaux by BestLawyers). After having worked for almost ten years in leading international law firms such as White & Case (Paris) and Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle LLP (London), he was seconded to the Kimberly Clark Group (London) in 2005. In 2009, he became a partner in a Parisian structure for which he opened a secondary office in Bordeaux in 2010 and participated in the launch of the London office in 2014. Benoît is frequently quoted in the press for the creation of DELCADE, a law firm structured around an innovative model redesigning the practice of the legal profession.
Outside the firm, Benoît is a business partner of Choose Paris Region, a service to assist foreign companies setting up in France. Benoît has been appointed French national representative for the IBA 2018 (YC section) and is a member of the European Lawyer Association.
