DELCADE joins NATO DIANA’s Legal Connect network
On January 12, 2026 By Benoît LAFOURCADE
DELCADE is pleased to announce that it has joined DIANA Legal Connect, an initiative led by NATO DIANA (Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic), designed to support innovators developing emerging and dual-use technologies across the Alliance.
DIANA Legal Connect was established to address the legal and regulatory challenges faced by innovators operating in highly regulated and security-sensitive environments, particularly as they scale their activities, engage with public and private stakeholders, and seek access to the security and defence markets. These challenges often arise at the intersection of innovation, regulation and international cooperation.
The network brings together more than 50 law firms from NATO member countries, forming a dedicated community of legal professionals committed to supporting innovators participating in the DIANA programme. Through this framework, members of the network contribute legal expertise across a broad range of issues relevant to defence and security innovation, while remaining closely connected to DIANA’s accelerator curriculum, alumni network and broader innovation ecosystem.
By joining DIANA Legal Connect, DELCADE becomes part of an international legal ecosystem that aims to:
- facilitate access to legal expertise for innovators navigating complex and evolving regulatory frameworks,
- encourage dialogue and knowledge-sharing among legal professionals across the Alliance,
- ensure continued engagement with DIANA’s accelerator activities and innovation priorities.
DELCADE thanks NATO DIANA for the trust placed in the firm and is pleased to contribute, alongside other members of the network, to supporting innovation, legal clarity and regulatory understanding within the Alliance.
Within the framework of DIANA Legal Connect, Benoît Lafourcade, co-founder and partner, acts as the firm’s primary point of contact for coordination purposes.
