Open Innovation Challenge : DELCADE welcomes students from KEDGE Business School
On April 9, 2025 By Benoît LAFOURCADE
DELCADE, an independent business law firm, recently partnered with students from KEDGE Business School as part of the Challenge Open Innovation. This collaboration reflects DELCADE’s commitment to innovation and openness to the curiosity and innovative drive of the younger generation.
A Valuable Collaboration with KEDGE Business School
Over several weeks, DELCADE welcomed two groups of French and international students from KEDGE Business School. Under the guidance of Cécile Ajello (KEDGE coach) and Benoît Lafourcade (co-founder and partner at DELCADE), the students worked on real, strategic topics alongside DELCADE’s teams. Their fresh perspectives and strong engagement provided innovative insights that helped enrich the firm’s thinking on its positioning, services, and future direction.
The Open Innovation Challenge: A Launchpad for Creativity
Organized by KEDGE Business School, the Open Innovation Challenge connects students with companies through hands-on, real-life case studies. It encourages the development of concrete, innovative ideas and strengthens their understanding of today’s business challenges.
For DELCADE, this initiative aligns with a broader approach to sharing knowledge, remaining open to transformation, and learning from diverse academic profiles.
A Mutually Enriching Experience
By taking part in this program, DELCADE supports the development of new talent while benefiting from their ideas and approaches. This collaborative mindset helps the firm remain agile, forward-looking, and continuously evolving.
