DELCADE strengthens its Litigation practice with the arrival of Gabriel Aouizerat
On April 1, 2025 By Gabriel Aouizerat
With the arrival of Gabriel Aouizerat, DELCADE continues to strengthen its expertise in civil and white-collar litigation. An experienced lawyer, Gabriel handles complex, high-stakes litigation involving significant reputational and financial risks, working alongside Benoît Lafourcade, partner and co-founder.
Before joining DELCADE, Gabriel Aouizerat practiced for several years at a leading French law firm, where he built solid expertise in civil and white-collar business litigation. He now advises DELCADE’s clients in managing contractual and tort disputes, as well as commercial litigation (such as restrictive trade practices, sudden termination of established business relationships, and unfair competition), in addition to corporate law and white-collar criminal matters.
A graduate of the University of Montpellier with a Master’s degree in Business Contract and Distribution Law and a Certificate in Economic Law (DJCE), Gabriel brings a technical and strategic approach to serving businesses and their executives.
“Joining DELCADE means being part of a dynamic and fast-growing firm, while continuing to work in a demanding and stimulating environment. I’m delighted to bring my litigation experience to support the firm’s clients,” says Gabriel Aouizerat.
Benoît Lafourcade, partner and co-founder of DELCADE, adds:
“We’re very pleased to welcome Gabriel to the team. His expertise in civil and white-collar litigation is a great complement to our offering and will allow us to support our clients even more effectively in their legal challenges.”
With this new arrival, DELCADE continues to grow its business litigation practice, relying on a team of experienced and committed lawyers dedicated to serving companies.
