Gabriel is a lawyer specializing in commercial litigation and white-collar crime. With several years of experience in a top-tier law firm, he now advises DELCADE’s clients on resolving contractual, civil liability, and commercial disputes (including restrictive competition practices, sudden termination of established business relationships, and unfair competition), as well as corporate law and business criminal law.
He handles complex litigation cases with significant reputational and financial stakes and has particular expertise in implementing evidentiary strategies to obtain key proof.
Gabriel holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Distribution and Business Contract Law, as well as a Certificate in Economic Law (DJCE) from the University of Montpellier.
