Energy lawyer

DELCADE, a team of experts in the energy field

DELCADE’s lawyers advise companies on all their European and French energy law matters, including nuclear laws and regulations. We provide our clients with a comprehensive view of the energy sector covering all types of energy sources, including nuclear, driven by a personal interest in this sector of activity.

We assist clients, in France and abroad, from the conception of the project through to its execution, notably with obtaining the necessary administrative authorisations and with the drafting and negotiation of contracts with employers or contracting authorities, partners and subcontractors, as well as assisting with transport and distribution, and asset valuation, etc.

We advise and defend clients during the objection phase as well as in litigation and arbitration proceedings.

We also assist clients before the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), the Directorate General for Energy of the European Commission, and the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) in all proceedings before these regulatory authorities.

DELCADE has extensive experience in energy law having acted for a wide range of clients (incumbent operators, local distribution companies, French and foreign energy producers and suppliers, energy transmission networks, renewable energy developers, etc.). We have also assisted public authorities.
