Diane Nyessi advises on construction and insurance litigation alongside Julie Piquet, partner.
Before joining DELCADE in April 2026, Diane worked as an associate in real estate litigation at Cheysson Marchadier & Associés. She further developed her expertise in this field through internships at Osborne Clarke, Advant Altana, and the International Commercial Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal, where she handled a wide range of disputes.
Diane holds a Master’s degree in Arbitration and International Trade Law from the University of Versailles – Paris Saclay. She is also trained in mediation and negotiation, skills she put into practice during her experience at ENGIE as a mediation lawyer.
She is a laureate of the Young Lawyers European Contest 2024 at the CJEU, as well as the commercial mediation competition organised by the CMAP in 2023.
