Constance Gallais joined DELCADE in September 2026. She works alongside Agathe Lemaire, within the Employment law team.
Constance holds a Master’s degree in Employment Law, which she completed at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She obtained her Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA) in 2026.
Before joining DELCADE as an associate, Constance completed numerous internships in the field of employment law, notably at the firms Factorhy Avocats and DLA Piper LLP. She also gained in-house experience within the Employee Relations department of Société Générale.
