Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004, Agathe has developed a recognized practice in employment law over more than twenty years.
She works for a clientele comprised of executives, businesses (SMEs, mid-sized companies, and large corporations), and startups in a variety of sectors, including cosmetics, mass distribution, retail, and banking. She also assists business leaders.
Agathe has recognized expertise, particularly in complex individual and collective litigation before all courts, including civil, administrative, and criminal, in matters relating to the transfer or termination of employment contracts, working hours, international mobility, collective bargaining, employee savings and shareholding plans, professional elections, union rights, obstruction, undeclared work, discrimination and harassment, health and safety, and more.
In terms of consulting, Agathe assists her clients with both individual labor relations (dismissals, national and international mobility, management packages, etc.) and collective management (restructuring operations, acquisition audits, collective bargaining, collective redundancies for economic reasons, etc.).
Holder of a DESS in European business law and a DEA in comparative law, Agathe worked in the employment law department of the Jeantet firm, where she was responsible for litigation, before joining the Axipiter firm and then Delcade as a partner.
