DELCADE welcomes Agathe Lemaire as partner in Employment law

DELCADE continues its development and strengthens its employment law practice with the arrival of Agathe Lemaire, a member of the Paris Bar since 2004, who joins the firm as a partner.

With more than twenty years of experience, Agathe has developed a recognised practice in employment law, both in advisory and litigation matters. She advises a client base composed of companies (SMEs, mid-sized companies and large groups) as well as start-ups, across a wide range of sectors including cosmetics, mass retail, retail and banking.
She also supports company directors in their specific employment law issues.

Agathe has extensive expertise in the management of complex individual and collective disputes before all courts, including civil, administrative and criminal jurisdictions. Her areas of practice notably include the transfer or termination of employment contracts, working time, international mobility, collective bargaining, employee savings schemes and employee share ownership, staff representative elections, trade union law, concealed work, discrimination, harassment, as well as health and safety matters.

In advisory work, Agathe assists her clients with the management of individual employment relationships (dismissals, national and international mobility, management packages, etc.) and collective employment matters (restructurings, acquisition audits, collective negotiations, employment protection plans, etc.).

She holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in European Business Law and a postgraduate research degree (DEA) in Comparative Law. Agathe began her career in Paris-based business law firms before joining the employment law department of Jeantet, where she served as Head of Litigation.
