DELCADE advised Bpifrance on its equity investment in Château de la Bourdaisière through its France Investissement Tourisme 3 fund.
A sustainable hospitality project in the Loire Valley
Located in Montlouis-sur-Loire, Château de la Bourdaisière is a unique hospitality site combining accommodation, a historic garden and park, cultural programming, and educational initiatives focused on biodiversity. Owned and led for over 30 years by Louis Albert de Broglie, the site is entering a new phase of development with the construction of eco-designed lodges and the expansion of its “Nature Art Education” offering. The purpose of the transaction is to finance this strategic project.
