Frédérique Sallée provides consulting and litigation services in labour and employment law for SMEs, international companies and their directors.
She has developed extensive expertise in corporate reorganisation and related labour and employment issues. With solid experience, and a diligent and proactive approach, she will provide you high value assistance regarding key labour, business and financial challenges (mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, collective redundancy, executive severance packages, setting up business in France, etc.), but also regarding day-to-day labour relations management (recruiting, drafting contracts, creating a constructive social climate, managing collective consultation and negotiation procedures, managing lay-offs, etc.).
Having worked with many international corporations, Frédérique accompanies her clients as a trusted advisor on all labour and employment matters, taking an in-house approach that considers clients’ specific business needs and culture.
Qualified as a French lawyer in 2004, Frédérique has advised clients for 16 years as a lawyer in several leading international law firms (White & Case, Clifford Chance and DLA Piper).
She joined Delcade in 2017 as Employment Partner to lead and develop the firm’s Labour and Employment practice.
