Frédérique assists all types of companies, international groups and their managers in all sectors with their employment law matters, both in counseling and litigation. Frédérique has developed in-depth expertise in business reorganizations and their social impacts. She also has solid experience and will be able to assist clients with rigor and proactivity on specific operations (mergers & acquisitions, business transfers, collective redundancy, top executives’ departures…) but also in the day-to-day management of individual and collective labor relations (hiring and managing employment relationship with agility, creating a constructive social climate with local social partners, managing consultation and collective bargaining negotiations in a nimble manner…). Accustomed to international groups, she will advise with pedagogy and efficiency on company setting-up and development in France and provide in-house assistance for her clients’ employment matters.
Frédérique holds a DESS (Master II) in European Law (Uty Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) and a LL.M. in International Business Law (Uty of Nottingham – UK). Qualified lawyer since 2004, Frédérique practiced in several leading international law firms, namely White & Case, Clifford Chance and DLA Piper before joining DELCADE as Partner in 2017 to develop and lead the Employment Team.
