Zainaib Fares – Dahine

Zainaib was sworn in as a lawyer in April 2017 and focuses on litigation, particularly in construction and insurance law.

She is skilled in alternative dispute resolution methods, which have become essential in managing disputes.

Before joining DELCADE, Zainaib began her training with major firms like ALSTOM, GENERAL ELECTRIC, and WINSTON & STRAWN LLP. She then worked at smaller firms where she gained significant experience in litigation, spending five years as an associate at RODAS DEL RIO, which specializes in real estate and construction.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Master’s in Domestic and International Litigation from Université René Descartes – Paris V. Initially, she focused on business litigation but gradually developed a strong expertise in construction and insurance law.
