Pierre-Antoine joined DELCADE as partner in October 2022. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures and private equity. Pierre-Antoine is an expert in mergers and acquisitions and related transactions involving listed or private companies, with a focus on complex domestic or cross border transactions.
He also has deep experience in international and cross-border joint ventures and strategic alliances, as well as in the negotiation of major commercial and industrial projects. His practice includes private equity restructuring and turn-around transactions, corporate and M&A litigation matters.
Pierre-Antoine’s activities covers a wide range of industries, with particular emphasis on the Defence, Aerospace and Healthcare sectors.
Prior to joining DELCADE, Pierre-Antoine was notably partner at the M&A departments of Coblence and Gide in Paris. In 2004, he was involved in the opening of the Paris office of international law firm Morgan Lewis, where he was partner until 2014.
