Philippe Rignault

A member of the Paris Bar since 1996, Philippe Rignault leads DELCADE’s Public Law practice.

He has in-depth knowledge of the operations of regional and local government and their stakeholders. His clients include numerous public institutions, which he advises both in consulting and litigation. Philippe has developed a particular expertise in public procurement contracts and urban planning.

Philippe began his career as a parliamentary aide, serving as a parliamentary assistant to the National Assembly and the Senate. He then worked as a counselor to regional government (Regional Council of Burgundy), before founding Squadra Avocats, where he practiced as a Partner for 15 years. Philippe holds a DESS in international business law (1993) and CAPA (1995). He also was selected as a member of the prestigious professional certificate program Cycle des hautes études pour le développement économique by the French Finance Ministry (2006).
