Marjorie Schnell

Marjorie Schnell joigned DELCADE in 2025 as a partner. She practices in employment law, commercial law, association law, and civil law, assisting large groups as well as SMEs, VSEs, and entrepreneurs in the strategic and operational management of their legal issues, both in consulting and litigation.

In employment law, she works on all issues related to individual and collective labor relations: recruitment, contract management, terminations, working hours, restructuring, development of acquisition and VDD audits, and URSSAF litigation. She also assists her clients in implementing social policies tailored to their performance and social dialogue challenges.

She is also developing a recognized practice in commercial law. She secures contractual relationships (contracts, general terms and conditions of sale, franchises, etc.) and defends her clients’ interests in commercial disputes: debt collection, termination of established relationships, unfair competition, and product liability.

In association law, she intervenes on issues related to governance and statutes as well as in the event of internal conflicts.

Marjorie has also developed specific expertise in umbrella companies, enabling her to assist industry players with their legal issues.

She began her career as a legal advisor in 1991, was sworn in in 1995, and joined the firm of Patrick Bouygues. She then held management positions as the head of a car dealership within the family group, before founding the social department of the G7 Group. In 2002, she founded her own firm in Bordeaux and then joined TEN France Bordeaux in 2019 as co-manager and partner, and ADALTYS, also as a partner from 2022 to 2025.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management & Development (Institut de Gestion Sociale – Paris) and a Master’s degree in private law, with a specialization in business law, from the University of Montpellier.
