Julie Da Vara is Chief Operating Director at Delcade in charge of operational strategy. On one hand, her role consists in guaranteeing operational efficiency by supervising the activities of the support teams and on the other hand, in defining and implementing the firm’s development strategy in close collaboration with founders and partners.
With over 10 years of experience in operational management and scaling teams, she has led the international development of a Bordeaux-based scale-up while structuring its growth to become the European leader in its field.
Julie holds a trilingual Master’s degree in International Affairs from the University of La Rochelle and the Benemérita Univesidad Autónoma de Puebla, Mexico.
