Johanna’s legal practice focuses on international commercial contracts, compliance and whistleblower programs (Sapin II), and business litigation.
A graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.) and Aix-Marseille University (PhD in private law), Johanna began her legal career in the United States at one of the world’s largest law firms, where she helped to represent clients in qui tam lawsuits, insurance coverage disputes, products liability lawsuits, and fraud and bribery investigations.
She has taught courses in American business law at the University of Montpellier and ESSEC Business School.
