Jennifer Paty
Partner
Jennifer has been a partner within DELCADE’s Corporate team since 2018. With a strong international focus, she advises her clients, both domestic and foreign, in all fields of corporate and financial markets law, and in particular on their local and cross-borders investment and restructuring transactions. She has a solid expertise in corporate law and has also practiced for several years in the MENA region.
After a ten-year experience in leading law firms such as Norton Rose Fulbright in Paris and Casablanca, Jennifer created her own structure in the field of business law in 2014 before joining DELCADE as a partner.
A member of the Paris Bar since 2009, Jennifer holds a Master in Private Law from Aix-Marseille University (2002) and a Masters in Business law from Reims Champagne-Ardenne University (2001).
