Jean-Yves LE DIZET joined DELCADE in early 2023 as partner. His practice covers M&A, external growth, restructuring and fundraising transactions. Jean-Yves also advises investment funds and family offices on issues they may encounter in terms of stock market or financial law and regulation.
His clients are mainly SMEs, ETIs, subsidiaries of large groups and investment funds based in France or in Europe.
Jean-Yves has worked in several law firms, including LPA-CGR as an associate, and then in the Colbert Group as a partner. He was also Legal and Real Estate director of a major industrial group specialising in logistics.
In addition to a Master’s degree in business law, he holds a DESS in SME management. Jean-Yves is also an expert with the CRA (Centre des Repreneurs d’affaires).
