Hervé Tandonnet

Hervé joined DELCADE as partner in July 2023. His field of expertise covers real estate law (construction, leases, condominium, insurance) and commercial leases, both in counselling (management of leases and site development projects, construction or relocation projects) and in litigation (defensive or strategic). He has recognized professional and academic expertise, coupled with solid technical expertise, both of which are complementary components of real estate and commercial projects.

Hervé mainly advises retail groups and brands of national and international stature across the entire French territory. A lawyer at the Lille Bar, he holds specialisation certificates in Commercial Lease and Real Estate Law. He joined DELCADE in 2023 after practising for over twenty years as a partner in various business law firms based in the Lille metropolis. Hervé is a lecturer as part of the D.U. Commercial Leases at the University of Lille 2 since 2019.
