Frédéric Gorce
Partner
Frédéric joined DELCADE as partner in charge of the International Assignment Services practice in January 2024. He assists mid-size companies and international groups having a presence in France with the management of their mobile executives/directors: immigration, contracts, social security, individual tax. He also advises directors, employees, self-employed individuals, artists and sportsmen regarding their individual tax matters.
Frédéric specialises in the implementation of complex remuneration structures for international mobile executives/directors, the drafting of International Assignment Policies and the application of share scheme compensation programs. In addition, he intervenes in the social security and pension issues arising from professional activities deployed internationally. He has a strong experience of payroll issues and regularly conducts payroll audits for his clients.
Prior to joining DELCADE, Frédéric was the partner in charge of the International Assignment Services practice at Intervista law firm for thirteen years, and formerly worked as an associate within the “Global Employer Services” practice of Taj (Deloitte) for ten years. Frédéric holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (University of Pau). He is a member of the French Tax Advisors Institute (IACF).
