Delphine Hellec

Delphine joined DELCADE in 2025 as part of the tax law team, after practicing at the Arsene (Paris) and Lexco (Bordeaux) law firms.

She supports companies in the day-to-day tax management of their operations as well as in their exceptional transactions, and also advises executives on their personal tax issues, particularly regarding asset structuring and transfer.

What’s more, Delphine has developed an expertise in tax audits and litigation.
