Charlotte is a member of the Paris Bar since 2009. She practised for 10 years in business law firms (Normand & Associés, Toison & Associés), before setting up her own firm dedicated to employment law in 2018 and joining DELCADE as a partner in April 2021.She advises on all aspects of employment law, both in terms of advice and litigation.
She assists her clients, start-ups, SMEs and ETIs, in their day-to-day management of individual relations (hiring, drafting of contracts, dismissals) and collective relations (negotiation of agreements on working hours, remuneration) and during restructuring operations.
Charlotte has developed an in-depth expertise in social security law (litigation of inexcusable fault, contestation of work accidents/occupational diseases), in health and safety and in criminal labour law (obstruction of justice, labour inspection). She also assists her clients in the prevention of psychosocial risks (RPS).
Charlotte holds a Master I in General Private Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas and a Master 2 in Litigation Law from the University of Paris 12 (Créteil).
