Caroline Bales has been a member of the Bordeaux Bar since 2012 and joined DELCADE in 2025. She practices employment law, advising companies of all sizes on both individual and collective employment matters, in both advisory and litigation contexts.

Caroline provides recognized technical expertise and offers tailored support, aligned with her clients’ strategic and operational goals. She assists with all aspects of individual employment relationships, including drafting employment contracts, amendments, and appendices; managing working time (working time agreements, overtime, paid leave, etc.); handling compensation (salaries, bonuses, benefits, etc.); and managing events affecting the employment relationship (sick leave, workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, maternity leave, etc.). She also advises on dismissals (disciplinary, economic, or due to incapacity) and mutual terminations, as well as the implementation of non-compete clauses.

She also advises on collective employment matters, including the application of collective bargaining agreements, the establishment and operation of employee representative bodies, the drafting of collective agreements, internal regulations, and company policies.

Caroline holds a Master’s Degree (Master I) in Labor and Social Protection Law and a Master’s Degree (Master II) in Employment Relations within Companies. She has also been a member of the Employment Law Institute of the Bordeaux Bar since 2014.
