A lawyer since 1999, Brice joined DELCADE in January 2023 as partner in the Employment Law Team.
Brice advises and represents before the courts French companies and subsidiaries of foreign groups in all areas of employment and social security law: individual relations (discipline, termination, settlements, industrial tribunals), collective labour relations (restructuring, elections, relations with employee representative bodies), internal investigations, optimisation of working time (collective agreements, fixed working days, remote working, disconnection) and remuneration systems (employee savings). His practice also covers issues related to discrimination, harassment and psycho-social risks, social security law (URSSAF relations, work-related accidents, inexcusable misconduct) as well as matters related to the status and negotiated departure of managers. Brice also advises on sports law in the context of the monitoring of contracts for high-level athletes, particularly in the field of sailing.
Before joining DELCADE, Brice worked for Barthélémy, Gide Loyrette Nouel and LWP Avocats. A certified mediator (Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris), Brice is a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the French Parachuting Federation. He is also a member of AvoSial, an association of lawyers advising employers on employment law issues.
