On April 6, 2026 By Mûre Maestrati
DELCADE is accelerating its growth in digital law with the arrival of Mûre Maestrati, a member of the Paris Bar, who joins the firm as IT & Data Partner.
Expertise from project structuring to regulatory compliance
Mûre Maestrati advises her clients, in France and internationally, from the structuring of their projects — IT contracts, e-commerce, digital, platforms, artificial intelligence — through to their regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act, DORA, NIS 2), particularly in strategic or sensitive contexts such as complex negotiations, distressed IT projects, CNIL investigations and data breaches.
She also acts as an external DPO and supports her clients in managing their day-to-day compliance matters.
A career across international business law firms and in-house
Before joining DELCADE as a partner, she practised at international business law firms. She also gained in-house experience within the legal department of Visa Europe.
A graduate of King’s College London and of the universities Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Paris-Saclay, she was elected Secretary of the Conference of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar in 2023.
Alongside her practice, Mûre Maestrati teaches digital law within the Master’s programme in Information Systems, Networks and Digital Technology at Université Paris Dauphine. She is also a member of the AFCPD (French Association of Data Protection Officers) and of the Fondation des Femmes.
