Julien TAYEG

First Lawyer at the Paris Bar, then at the Bordeaux Bar since 2006, Julien TAYEG has worked for 14 years in leading French and Anglo-Saxon law firms renowned for their practice in social law (Barthélmy / Capstan, Proskauer Rose, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, …). Since 2013, Julien was in charge of the Management and Development of the Social Law Department of the Bordeaux office of PwC Avocats.

Julien works in Labor Law and Social Protection Law, both in consulting and litigation. His field of expertise extends to individual and collective labor relations, restructuring, compensation plans, employee savings plans and employee share ownership as well as international mobility. He regularly assists companies in their relations with their representative staff institutions or in collective negotiations. He has also developed expertise in the field of social protection (URSSAF or MSA recovery, health / welfare / pension plans, industrial accident claims / occupational diseases / inexcusable misconduct).

Julien holds a DESS (Master 2) Law and Practice of Labor Relations from the University Paris 2-Panthéon Assas (2002) and CAPA (2006). He is also a specialist in Employment Law and has the qualification of Solicitor in the United Kingdom (non-practicing).
