Julien Tayeg has been an attorney in Paris and Bordeaux since 2006. He has worked at leading French and Anglo-Saxon law firms renowned for their practices in labour and employment law (Barthélmy/Capstan, Proskauer Rose, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre). From 2013 to 2019, Julien led the labour and employment practice of the Bordeaux office of PwC Avocats.
Julien advises clients in all aspects of labour and employment law, both in consulting and litigation. His field of expertise extends to individual and collective labour relations, restructuring, compensation plans, employee savings plans and employee share ownership as well as international mobility. He regularly assists companies in their relations with unions and other employee representative institutions and in collective bargaining. He has also developed expertise in the field of social security and employee benefits (URSSAF or MSA recovery, health/welfare/pension plans, industrial accident claims/occupational diseases/inexcusable misconduct).
Julien holds a DESS (Master 2) in the Law and Practice of Labour Relations from the University Paris 2-Panthéon Assas (2002) and CAPA (2006). He is also a specialist in Employment Law and a qualified Solicitor in the United Kingdom (non-practicing).
