Johanna SCHWARTZ MIRALLES
Johanna is an American attorney and a graduate of Harvard Law School. Prior to studying law, Johanna earned a degree in economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.
Johanna’s legal practice spans a broad range of fields, including international commercial contracts, anti-corruption laws, compliance programs, whistleblower protections (Sapin II), business litigation and arbitration. She is the author of a forthcoming dissertation on the protection of whistleblowers in France and the United States.
She has taught courses in American business law at the University of Montpellier and ESSEC Business School. She began her legal career in the United States one of the world’s largest law firms, where she helped to represent clients in qui tam lawsuits, insurance coverage disputes, products liability lawsuits, and fraud and bribery investigations.
