DELCADE strengthens its activity in Intellectual Property and Information Technologies law by appointing Dauphine de Marion de Glatigny as a partner.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Dauphine assists companies, organizations and individuals, regardless of their size or sector of activity, to give pride of place to their intellectual and intangible heritage. By favoring a pragmatic approach, it supports its customers in the context of protection, defense and valorization, both in France and abroad, of their assets (all creations and innovations, such as brands, logos, drawings, software, copyrights, domain names, etc.).

For nearly fifteen years, Dauphine has developed a sharp expertise in Intellectual Property Law. After having made his first classes in an international business law firm in Paris (Linklaters) then in a firm of Industrial Property Attorneys (CPI) in Bordeaux (Schmit-Chrétien-Schihin) Ipside), she initially worked as a patent attorney at a CPI firm she joined in 2005 as part of the opening and development of one of her regional offices in Bordeaux (Inlex IP Expertise). This experience allowed him to acquire an excellent knowledge of the tools of the intellectual property. With this practice and in order to support her clients throughout their life with their intellectual and intangible heritage, Dauphine then turned to the profession of lawyer by joining in 2012 a business law firm (Fidal) in within which it has set up new services to develop the activity in Intellectual Property Law in the New Aquitaine region.
