Dauphine DE MARION DE GLATIGNY
Partner - Intellectual property
Dauphine de Marion de Glatigny leads Delcade’s Intellectual Property practice.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Dauphine assists companies, organizations and individuals, regardless of their size or sector of activity, to give pride of place to their intellectual and intangible heritage. By favoring a pragmatic approach, she supports her clients in the context of protection, defense and valorization, both in France and abroad, of their assets (all creations and innovations, such as brands, logos, drawings, software, copyrights, domain names, etc.).
For more than fifteen years, Dauphine has developed strong expertise in intellectual property law. Dauphine began her career at an international business law firm in Paris (Linklaters) before moving to two Bordeaux-based intellectual property boutiques (Schmit-Chrétien-Schihin, now Ipside, and Inlex IP Expertise). This experience allowed her to acquire an excellent knowledge of the tools of intellectual property law. In 2012, Dauphine joined the business law firm Fidal, where she developed the firm’s intellectual property practice in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of southwestern France. She joined Delcade as a Partner in April 2019.
