Arnaud Tessalonikos has been a consultant at Delcade since 2018. His focus is on digital business, including GDPR compliance. As such, he can serve as a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
He advises private companies (SMEs, CAC40 companies) in sectors that include IT, media, industry, agriculture, banking and finance, insurance and pharmaceuticals. He works in close collaboration with the legal department, IT management, purchasing management and business lines, and participates fully in managing the legal aspects of IT projects (audits, advising, contracts, and resolution of disputes). He is often consulted when information systems embark on changes (such as virtualisation, electronic signatures, electronic archiving, introduction of new technologies, information system security, data management, and connected devices).
Moreover, Arnaud Tessalonikos is frequently called on to advise public figures concerning their projects to modernise services for their constituents.
He began his career in 1996 as a Legal Consultant at an information services company managed by information systems legal experts. He contributed to the Paris Court of Appeal’s IT migration project for a new civil channel, in the deployment phase. He then worked in French firms (Alain Bensoussan Avocats) as well as international firms (Salans, with Christiane Féral Schull). In 2009, he became head of the Intellectual Property and Advanced Technologies division at the Bignon Lebray firm. In 2010, he and his team joined the Courtois Lebel firm, as a partner in the Information Systems and Networks department. Then in 2013, he joined DS Avocats to found their Intellectual Property, Digital Technologies and Data department. In 2015, he created the Association Francophone de Prévention des Risques Numériques (AFPRN), the French Digital Risk Prevention Association, of which he is president. He currently manages ATALEX, the firm he founded in 2018.”
