Associate
Alberto Corduas is a lawyer in Delcade’s Contract Litigation and Corporate department. He practices both in the area of consulting and litigation before civil and commercial courts.
He joined Delcade after having worked for three years for an international law firm in Paris and as a lecturer at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
He holds a PhD in Economic Law and a Master’s degree in Competition and Markets Control from the University Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense, a Master’s degree in International and European business law from the University Paris Descartes, as well as the Italian diploma Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza obtained after having studied five years of law at the University Federico II in Naples, Italy.
He is in charge of the firm’s Italian Desk which advises Italian clients with full legal service in Italian across the spectrum of business law in collaboration with all Delcade’s teams.
Alberto Corduas works in English, French and Italian.
He wrote the book “The energy transition put to the challenge of public economic law. A comparative study of the French and Italian electricity sectors”.
