Ophélie advises clients on employment law and social security law, both in terms of advice and litigation.
Her expertise covers individual labour relations, in particular with regard to specific clauses in the employment contract, variable remuneration, delegation of power or intra-group labour relations, but also collective labour relations, in particular with regard to working hours, staff representation, collective bargaining, employee savings schemes or employee shareholding. She also assists companies in restructuring, compliance audits and social protection for managers. She is involved in all labour law and social security litigation (occupational injuries and accidents/excusable fault of the employer).
After starting out in 2009 in Paris and Bordeaux law firms, she joined PwC in 2011 as an associate in the employment practice, where she practised employment law and social protection for 10 years before setting up her own firm. Ophélie joins DELCADE in May 2021 as a Partner.
