Guilhem Argueyrolles

Guilhem advises his clients on their insurance law and civil liability issues (including product litigations, construction and industrial risk disputes, aviation and tourism law disputes, D&O and professional liabilities). He also intervenes in corporate and commercial disputes (such as sudden termination of established commercial relationships, various contractual disputes, unfair competition).

After ten years of experience in the Insurance / Litigation / Transport departments of prestigious law firms (Bird & Bird, DLA Piper, Gide and Dentons), he created his own structure in the field of insurance law in 2021, before joining Delcade as a partner in March 2024. He teaches at the Ecole Nationale d’Aviation Civile, and regularly provides training in insurance law to professionals in the sector. He also served as administrator of the Professional Civil Drone Federation (FPDC), delegated to legal and insurance affairs from 2014 to 2020, then as Vice-President of the same Federation, from 2018 to 2020.

Guilhem Argueyrolles holds a master’s degree in Philosophy from Montaigne University (Bordeaux), a master’s degree in Judicial Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Master 2 degree in General Private Law (University of Paris II Panthéon- Assas), and a Master 2 degree in Insurance Law (Paris II Panthéon-Assas University). He is a member of the French Society of Air and Space Law (SFDAS), the Forum du Droit des Assurances (FDA) association, the International Insurance Law Association (AIDA), and the Union des Jeunes Assureurs et Réassureurs Français (UJARF).
