DELCADE strengthens its expertise with the arrival of Marjorie Schnell and her team
On October 1, 2025 By Faustine Quillé
DELCADE announces the appointment of Marjorie Schnell as partner, together with her team composed of Clément Petrolli and Caroline Bales. This integration strengthens the firm’s expertise in employment law and commercial law, while extending its full-service offering to association law.
A member of the Bar since 1995, Marjorie Schnell advises and represents large corporate groups, SMEs, very small businesses and entrepreneurs, in both advisory and litigation matters. She is recognised for her strategic support in employment law — individual and collective employment relations, restructurings, social audits, URSSAF disputes — as well as for her strong experience in commercial law and association law.
Her specific expertise in umbrella employment (portage salarial) also represents a differentiating asset for the firm.
She is joined by two experienced lawyers:
- Caroline Bales, an employment law lawyer since 2012, advises companies on the management of individual and collective employment relations, providing in-depth technical expertise and tailored support.
- Clément Petrolli, a lawyer in commercial law, insolvency proceedings and association law, advises and represents companies and associations in contractual, pre-litigation and litigation matters.
This appointment forms part of DELCADE’s development strategy, as the firm continues to strengthen its teams and capabilities to address its clients’ increasingly complex legal challenges nationwide.
“We are delighted to welcome Marjorie and her team. Their expertise and complementarity significantly enhance our ability to provide our clients with high-level legal support, both in advisory and litigation matters,” say Fabrice Delouis and Benoît Lafourcade, co-founders of DELCADE.
