DELCADE is committed to respecting your private life and the confidentiality of your Personal Data, and undertakes to process your Personal Data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in particular Regulation (EU) n°2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (known as the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) and law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978  (hereinafter, the “Applicable Regulations”).

By using the DELCADE website (hereinafter the “Website”), you agree to the collection and use of your personal data (hereinafter the “Personal Data” or “Data”) in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy may be modified or amended at any time, in particular in the event of changes in statute, case law, regulations, or recommendations, including recommendations of the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).

DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

Your personal data is collected and processed by DELCADE, which is responsible for processing the data collected on the delcade.com and delcade.fr websites, and is considered to be responsible for processing the personal data used to operate the Website.

DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSES OF COLLECTION

The DELCADE website implements a system for collecting and processing personal data exchanged when the user accesses it.

The user’s personal data which are collected directly (for example when registering for a training course, when sending a question via the contact page or when submitting a CV via the appropriate form) or indirectly (connection data) are used for explicit, legitimate and specific purposes.

They are used by DELCADE:

  • To answer your questions and requests,
  • To ensure the processing of applications received,
  • To ensure the functioning and security of the Website, to improve its functioning and to adapt it to your requests,
  • To make anonymous statistical calculations.

The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of DELCADE in ensuring the proper functioning and security of the Site, as well as in evaluating its audience.

DELCADE may also use your Personal Data for communication purposes in order to send newsletters, information and invitations to events and conferences.

This processing is based on DELCADE’s legitimate interest in developing its relations with its customers, prospects and partners.

DELCADE only keeps Personal Data for the time necessary for the processing in place. DELCADE may also keep your Personal Data for a longer period of time to comply with its legal obligations.

The Personal Data relating to customers is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, followed by a period of (5) years from the last judicial or legal act carried out by DELCADE.

Data relating to prospects shall be retained for a period of three (3) years from the last incoming contact with DELCADE.

Data relating to CVs are retained for two (2) years from the last contact with the applicant.

Personal Data used for communication purposes are retained for three (3) years from the time of collection or from your last contact with DELCADE.

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

The Data collected is reserved for the exclusive use of the relevant departments of DELCADE, i.e. the lawyers and the administrative department of the firm.

Personal Data is not communicated to third parties except for technical service providers involved in publication or management of the Website. DELCADE’s policy is to ask these external service providers to process personal data in accordance with DELCADE’s commitments in terms of confidentiality and security.

SECURITY

DELCADE and its subcontractors undertake to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to ensure the security of our processing of Personal Data and the confidentiality of your Data, in accordance with Applicable Regulations.

In this respect, DELCADE takes reasonable precautions, given the nature of your Data and the risks presented by our processing, to preserve the security of the Data and, in particular, to prevent it from being modified, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties (physical protection of the premises, authentication processes for our clients with personal and secure access via identifiers, etc.).
