Justine Bouquet

Justine has been a lawyer in the M&A – Business Law practice of DELCADE since 2021. She supports and assists companies and entrepreneurs, both French and foreign, in their investment, external growth and fund-raising operations. More generally, she advises on all issues related to corporate law as well as stock exchange law.

Justine joined DELCADE after several internships within the firm and a six-month internship in the Legal Department of Bpifrance Investissement.

She holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation (University of Paris II Pantheon-Assas), a University Diploma in International Law and a Joint Certificate in International and Business Law obtained as part of the Thémis exchange program, which she completed during a semester at ESADE (Barcelona).
