Jérémy Bernard
Partner
Jérémy is an attorney at the Paris Bar, and a partner of DELCADE Avocats & Solicitors. He has developed a practice covering EU and French competition and distribution law as well as the regulation of liberalised sectors, litigation and arbitration.
Jérémy has represented corporate clients operating in various industries, including the energy, real estate, automobile manufacture, Internet platform, measuring technologies, LED, media, book distribution, financial, pharmaceutical and telecommunications sectors. He has also represented governmental clients.
Jérémy is a lecturer at Sciences Po (Paris) and a member of the CEPANI, the Brussels-based international arbitration centre, as well as of the Executive Committee of the Association Française d’Etude de la Concurrence (AFEC), the French chapter of the International League of Competition Law (ILCL). He contributed to the French version of the Global Dictionnary of Competition Law published by Concurrences, the leading French, UK, and US competition law journal. He coauthored chapter France of the ICLG guide on group actions.
Jérémy is also a non-permanent Commissioner of the Competition Authority of New Caledonia which is an independent agency established by the Congress of New Caledonia to enforce local competition law in New Caledonia.
