Alberto Corduas is a Lawyer working in the Litigation and Corporate department of DELCADE and practices both in the area of consulting and litigation before the civil and commercial courts.

He joined DELCADE in 2019 after having worked three years as a legal advisor for an international law firm in Paris and as a lecturer at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

He holds a PhD in Economic Law and a Master’s degree in Competition and Markets Control from the University Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense, as well as the Italian diploma Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza obtained after having studied five years of law at the University Federico II in Naples, Italy.

He wrote the book “The energy transition put to the challenge of public economic law. A comparative study of the French and Italian electricity sectors”.
